Thanks to their high-quality materials, they last an average of 12 months, depending on your daily activities and body type.
It is recommended that you replace your insoles when they no longer feel comfortable or provide adequate support, or when signs of wear appear.
Wash with a soapy sponge or soft cloth. Air dry.
