Courant cinq fois par semaine, j’avais des douleurs persistantes. Depuis que j’ai essayé ces semelles, je revis ! Elles sont haut de gamme et font vraiment la différence.
Le confort et la rigidité de ces semelles sont top. Mes pieds sont parfaitement positionnés et ma foulée est bien plus dynamique. La qualité de conception est excellente.
Je cours depuis des années, et ces semelles ont été une vraie révélation. Elles absorbent les chocs à la perfection et offrent un excellent maintien. Depuis que je les utilise, mes douleurs aux genoux ont disparu. Je les recommande vivement !

1 - The size is a little larger than normal.
2 - Having bought a pair for CAP, and a pair for cycling, it would be useful to be able to easily differentiate each pair of insoles by discipline.

Insoles of surprising quality. I have a back problem and these insoles were recommended to me because I was not satisfied with those made by my podiatrist. I tried a lot of insoles on the internet, they were cheap but the quality was nil and there was no improvement in my pain. Since I've tried New Equilibre, I no longer have back pain! At last! So much so that I bought a second pair for my other trail shoes. I highly recommend them. Very effective and very good quality
The first pair crossed the Pyrenees, 420 km in 27 days, and I'm still using them! Very resistant and light enough not to weigh you down. So I recommend these insoles, which for me are a permanent fixture in my trail shoes.
These running insoles have excellent arch support, which has considerably reduced the pressure on my heels. They absorb shock well, and my heel pain is gone. I can now run longer without discomfort. Their shape is remarkable. I'd recommend them.
