Wash with a soapy sponge or soft cloth. Air dry.
Never machine wash or expose to high heat (radiators, ovens, sunlight, etc.). Insoles are thermoformed, which could deform them.
On average, 1 year. Wear and tear can cause the supports to sag and the materials to degrade. We recommend renewing your insoles every year, to ensure optimum comfort and efficiency.

You can feel the difference, I'm putting less strain on my feet during deadlifts. The back of the foot is really more stable, very useful. CrossFit friends, I recommend it!
