Never machine wash or expose to high heat (radiators, ovens, sunlight, etc.). Insoles are thermoformed, which could deform them.
On average, 1 year. Wear and tear can cause the supports to sag and the materials to degrade. We recommend renewing your insoles every year, to ensure optimum comfort and efficiency.
