Terms and conditions of sale by New Equilibre

Thank you for ordering from the New Equilibre store. We want to ensure that we provide you with the best possible experience when you search, evaluate and purchase our products from New Equilibre at https://newequilibre.com. The New Equilibre online store is operated by New Equilibre SARL, a company incorporated in France with its registered office at 66 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 075008 Paris, France, registered with the RCS Paris B under no. 812 681 559. For ease of reference, we refer to New Equilibre SARL as "New Equilibre", "we" or "us". New Equilibre's corporate name in France is "New Equilibre SARL" and its registration number is 81268155900025.

Prices and discounts / Price corrections

New Equilibre reserves the right to change the prices of products displayed on NewEquilibre.com at any time and to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by New Equilibre. In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price, or cancel your order at no charge.

Order, order acknowledgement and order acceptance

To place an order for New Equilibre products, please visit the website https://newequilibre.com/Then simply add the products of your choice to your basket, pay for the order (payment method of your choice) with your New Equilibre login or as a “guest” account, and have the products delivered to you or to a person you have designated. You can also write to contact@NewEquilibre.com (free of charge) from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 8:30 pm. A New Equilibre advisor will assist you throughout the ordering process, from product selection to choice of payment method. Whichever way you choose to place your order, you will have the opportunity to check your order before submitting it. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a web order number.

Within a few minutes of receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. Like the web order number, the order confirmation e-mail does not constitute acceptance of your order; we simply confirm that we have received your order. Once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipment, we will send you an e-mail indicating that we have accepted your order, which will include shipment details (“Shipment Notification E-mail”). The decision to accept your order is at our sole discretion. Because we want to ensure that your product is available, we will not accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipment. In most cases, this validation takes place within 24 hours for products in stock. For products that are not in stock, you will receive the order acceptance e-mail when the product is available and has been prepared for dispatch. In no case will this take place after the dispatch deadline that you were notified of when you placed your order. Once we have sent you and you have received the order acceptance e-mail, all that remains is for us to deliver the product(s) to you, which we will do immediately so that you can start enjoying the exceptional products you have purchased from us. Shipping and Delivery

Free delivery is available for all orders delivered to Metropolitan France. For orders outside this area, shipping charges will apply. Visit our website https://newequilibre.com/aide/livraison/ to see our current shipping rates. Your order will be sent once all the products in your order are available for grouped delivery.

Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery help section at https://newequilibre.com/aide/livraison/ for more information on when and how you will receive the products you have purchased on NewEquilibre.com. Please note that the actual delivery of your order may be affected by numerous events beyond New Equilibre's control once it has left our premises. However, we will inform you of any significant delays and cooperate with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As soon as New Equilibre takes care of shipping the products you purchase on NewEquilibre.comThe risk of loss or damage to these products will pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, take physical possession of the products. Ownership of the products will be transferred to you upon collection of the products by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive a shipping notice by e-mail. If you have a problem with delivery, please contact New Equilibre so that we can help you resolve it. 

Payments

Several secure payment methods are available to place orders on the New Equilibre online store: Credit Cards, Master Card, Visa, American Express, PayPal.
If you pay by credit card when submitting your order, we may block an amount up to the total amount of your order on your account. If we do not receive authorization from your credit card issuer, we will inform you so that you may choose another method of payment. Your credit card will be debited once we have accepted your order.

Standard return policy

You have the right to cancel your order or return a product, within the framework of your legal rights. To return a product purchased on NewEquilibre.comIf you wish to return or cancel a product, please notify us within 14 days of the date on which you, or a person designated by you, took physical possession of the product.
Your order can only be returned and refunded if the product has not been used or damaged and is still in new condition. To exercise this right, simply fill in the feedback form via this link: Return form

Once you have informed us of your intention to return the product, if you are in Metropolitan France, we will send you a free return slip by e-mail. If you are outside mainland France, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
All you have to do is return the product to us in its original packaging and with the accessories included. Once we have received the product and validated its conformity, we will refund you within 10 days, using the original method of payment.

If the product is damaged, we may apply the reduction in value of the product to the amount of your refund. Delivery charges outside Metropolitan France or Express delivery charges (if you have not selected free delivery) will not be taken into account in the refund.

Abus

In the case of an order comprising several pairs of New Equilibre insoles in different sizes, please choose the size that suits you after receiving your parcel, and return any sizes that don't fit, New Equilibre reserves the right not to cover the cost of returns.
Our sizing guide is available on every product page to help you easily choose the right insole size for you. Please refer to it and select your New Equilibre size according to the measurements on the chart.

In a spirit of respect for the environment,we want to limit the transport of unwanted goods. This is why we insist on the presence of our size guide on each product, available on our website. New Equilibre therefore reserves the right to consider a return request abusive if it corresponds to the above-mentioned criteria, and therefore to charge you the return shipping costs.
