I use them in my safety shoes because I regularly had pain under my foot. The pain is completely gone, and I also wear them in my everyday shoes because they're so comfortable.

I took the thick 6mm version for my safety shoes. I can also put them in my everyday shoes (stan smith and adidas). They're a bit too thick for office shoes, though, so I think you'd need the 3mm version for that. In any case, I'm very happy with them. The soles are of very good quality and very comfortable. I'd recommend them.
