I took the thick 6mm version for my safety shoes. I can also put them in my everyday shoes (stan smith and adidas). They're a bit too thick for office shoes, though, so I think you'd need the 3mm version for that. In any case, I'm very happy with them. The soles are of very good quality and very comfortable. I'd recommend them.

I use them in my safety shoes because I regularly had pain under my foot. The pain is completely gone, and I also wear them in my everyday shoes because they're so comfortable.

The foot is well supported, and I felt the difference as soon as I stepped on the sole. They're very comfortable. I'd recommend them.

New Equilibre Insoles
It relieves flat feet.

New Equilibre insoles rebalance the weight-bearing surface of your flat feet and distribute pressure zones evenly:

  • Ground shock absorption at the heel
  • Stabilization of the hindfoot thanks to the heel ring during the foot's taligrade phase
  • Support for the external and internal arches of the foot during the plantigrade phase, preventing parasitic movements,
  • Optimization of stride progression during the digitigrade phase, promoting good concentric work of the Achilles-plantar system.

Understanding the Flat Foot.
Explanations from our New Equilibre experts.

The foot consists of three arches: the medial arch, the lateral arch, and the anterior arch.

The flat foot is the result of the’sagging, often linked, of its three arches, causing muscle tension at the level of the entire plantar fascia (muscles and tendons).

Flat foot is often associated with a flat foot (internal rotation of the foot relative to the ankle) causing, for example, a Posterior tibial tendinitis or posterior tibialis, ending on the scaphoid bone of the foot or navicular bone
