  2. Florida

The podiatrist made me insoles that cost me 190 euros for almost no results. I couldn't wear these insoles every day because they weren't comfortable.
With these new insoles, much cheaper and especially very comfortable, I am finally relieved and can wear them all the time. I feel much better with them than without... thank you

Pleasantly surprised by the comfort of these insoles. From the first time I tried them on, I felt real support under my forefoot, which had collapsed due to my bunion, and the comfort was immediate. I've been wearing them every day for 2 weeks and I can't do without them. Congratulations on your expertise!

I bought the «slim» model for my dress shoes and I am very satisfied with them. These insoles are thin enough not to cramp my feet in this type of shoe. I then bought a second pair in the «comfort» version for my sneakers that I wear on weekends, and they are even more comfortable. A real cozy nest for my poor feet... No more pain for now, we'll see how they hold up over time, but I'm already convinced.

I've tried all sorts of insoles and pads to relieve my bunions, but these are by far the best. They are discreet and provide real relief throughout the day.

Our Orthopaedists

New Equilibre insoles are molded thermoformed to optimize your footing and rebalance your posture.

Support for medial, lateral and anterior plantar arches - Retro-capital support for metatarsal pallet - Stabilizing hindfoot heel ring.

New Equilibre insoles are made from high-quality materials for optimum everyday comfort.

Shock-absorbing Neoprene foam in the heel - Memory foam in Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) - Soft Nubuck Microfiber cover.

Wash with a soapy sponge or soft cloth. Air dry.

Never machine wash or expose to high heat (radiators, ovens, sunlight, etc.). Insoles are thermoformed, which could deform them.

On average, 1 year. Wear and tear can cause the supports to sag and the materials to degrade. We recommend renewing your insoles every year, to ensure optimum comfort and efficiency.

SLIM (3mm thick) : For slim city shoes with a small footprint.

COMFORT (6mm thick) : For sneakers, sneakers and safety shoes with greater foot volume. This version features an extra layer of Neoprene foam for even greater comfort.

Understanding Hallux Valgus
Explanations from our New Equilibre experts.

Hallux valgus, or 1st ray metatarsophalangeal osteoarthritis, results from a deviation between the 1st metatarsal (M1) internally, and the first phalanx of the big toe (P1) externally, (M1) internally, and the first phalanx of the big toe (P1), externally, causing arthrosis (cartilage wear) M1P1. This M1P1 deformity is the consequence of the collapse of the anterior arch of the foot and may even lead to subluxation of the medial toes.

The anterior arch of the foot (metatarsal pallet) is normally concave (hollow downwards), with the 3rd metatarsal as apex. Each metatarsal then articulates with its toe, each composed of three phalanges (P1P2P3). When this anterior arch collapses, becoming flat or even convex (hollowing upwards), the first phalanges of the medial toes become subluxated on the respective medial metatarsals (subluxation M2P2, M3P3...). ) It is this collapse of the anterior arch of the foot, and the resulting disruption of the entire forefoot, that favours the appearance of hallux valgus.

Hallux Valgus Insoles - New Equilibre

New Equilibre Insoles
for Bunion.

New Equilibre insoles, thanks to the retrocapital support, will prevent the collapse of the anterior arch of the foot, thus improving the comfort of the first ray and reducing the progression of hallux valgus.

In addition to this, of course, the forefoot must not be overloaded, so shoes with a maximum heel height of 2.5 cm must be worn.

Frequently Asked Questions

These insoles are suitable for people suffering from hallux valgus who wish to reduce pain and improve daily comfort, whether in the city or at work.
No. Insoles cannot permanently correct bone deformities. However, they can slow the progression of bunions by distributing forefoot loads evenly and improving comfort.

Most users experience a reduction in pain within the first few days of regular use, as the insoles redistribute foot support and reduce pressure on the forefoot.

Thanks to their high-quality materials, they last an average of 12 months, depending on your activity, body type, and weight.
It is recommended that you replace your insoles when they no longer feel comfortable or provide adequate support, or when signs of wear appear.
