  1. TOP

After incessant pain under the ball of my foot for several weeks, I no longer have any pain since I started using these insoles. Excellent. I recommend them.

  6. AV

Frequently Asked Questions about Cycling Insoles

In cycling, shoe stiffness and continuous pressure on the pedal compress nerves and blood vessels, causing numbness, cramps, or «hot foot» syndrome. Thanks to their fully rigid structure made of thermoformable resin that supports the arch and evenly distributes pressure under the entire foot, our Cycling Insoles eliminate painful pressure points. They are particularly recommended for preventing and relieving:

  • Fire in the feet & Metatarsalgias (Warm-ups and burning under the forefoot after a few hours of riding)
  • Knee Tension & Tendinitis (by stabilizing ankle and knee alignment during the pedal stroke).
  • Paresthesias and numbness of the toes (related to nerve and vascular compression).

Every millimeter of flex in a sole represents a loss of watts. Our Cycling Insoles feature a complete rigid structure of thermoformed resin under the entire foot. This non-deformable reinforcement becomes one with the carbon or composite sole of your shoe. During the push and pull phases, it eliminates the sinking of the arch, guaranteeing maximum and instantaneous power transfer from the foot to the pedal for optimal performance.

A good cycling insole needs to be stiff for performance, but comfortable enough to endure long rides. Our insoles solve this equation: the full rigid structure made of thermoformed resin ensures architectural stability and pedaling efficiency, while the premium EVA foam top cover provides the necessary cushioning to absorb vibrations from the road or trails. This cocktail of high-end materials prevents foot muscle fatigue without ever compromising your output.

Developed in close collaboration with orthopedic surgeons Forlini Orthopedics Cabinet (Over 35 years of medical expertise), New Equilibre Cycling insoles offer optimal, high-tech postural support. By stabilizing the midfoot, they correct alignment issues (pronators, supinators) and guide the knee's trajectory in perfect alignment with the frame. They are the best alternative to custom orthopedic insoles.

Yes. Our insole profile has been specifically designed to replace the original insoles (often very thin and without support) of all major brands of road cycling, mountain biking, or gravel cycling shoes. Thanks to their ergonomic design, they fit perfectly into narrow shoes without compressing the instep and without requiring you to change your shoe size.

Cycling shoes are extremely fitted, and the cleat position under the shoe requires millimeter-precise foot alignment. A «cut-to-fit» insole loses its structural rigidity and is poorly positioned. Our Cycling Insoles are designed and thermoformed size by size, each with a unique mold. The rigid supports and arch support fall exactly under the anatomy specific to your shoe size. Simply select your usual cycling shoe size.

The EVA outsole and the superior technical lining are designed to withstand sweat and limit overheating. After a ride in the rain or an intensive indoor trainer session, remove the soles from your shoes. Simply clean them by hand in lukewarm water with mild soap. Washing machines and dryers are strictly forbidden to prevent permanent deformation of the rigid resin structure. Allow them to air dry.

Thanks to their high-quality materials, they last an average of 12 months, depending on your frequency of outings, the intensity, and your weight.
It is advisable to replace your insoles on average once a year, when the feelings of comfort or support decrease, or when signs of wear appear.
