Cycling shoes are extremely fitted, and the cleat position under the shoe requires millimeter-precise foot alignment. A «cut-to-fit» insole loses its structural rigidity and is poorly positioned. The EVA outsole and the superior technical lining are designed to withstand sweat and limit overheating. After a ride in the rain or an intensive indoor trainer session, remove the soles from your shoes. Simply clean them by hand in lukewarm water with mild soap. Ayant les pieds très plats, le soutien de la voûte m’a paru très lors des deux premières sorties, provoquant une petite gêne. J’ai persisté et, après environ 10 km, la semelle s’est faite à mon pied (ou l’inverse !). Maintenant, c’est confortable et je sens les bénéfices sur l’alignement de mon pédalage, mais sachez qu’il peut y avoir une période d’adaptation si vous n’avez pas l’habitude des semelles ergonomiques.
