Exchanges, returns and refunds

Returns and refunds

Returns are subject to New Equilibre's General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product. This is in addition to your rights as a consumer to return defective products.

Free returns and exchanges : Pour les commandes livrées en France Métropolitaine, les frais de retours/échanges sont gratuits. Lorsque votre demande de retour est acceptée, nous vous transférons un bon de retour gratuit, par e-mail, qu’il vous suffira d’imprimer et d’apposer sur votre colis-retour en suivant les instructions. Vous pourrez ensuite déposer votre colis ans un bureau de poste. Pour les commandes livrées hors de la France Métropolitaine, les frais de retours/échanges sont à la charge du client.

Refund : Le remboursement de votre commande pourra être effectué seulement dans le cas où le produit ne présente aucune marque d’usure, n’est pas endommagé et est encore dans son état neuf. Votre commande sera remboursée dans un délai de 10 jours à compter de la réception de votre colis retour dans nos locaux et validation de conformité par notre SAV.

Annulations

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request its cancellation online by contacting New Equilibre Customer Service. If your order is being prepared for delivery or has already been shipped, please wait until it has been delivered before initiating the returns process by contacting New Equilibre Customer Service. Please note that return shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or faulty controls

If you receive your order and find that its contents are damaged, please contact New Equilibre customer service.

If the contents of your order are damaged, New Equilibre will contact the carrier directly in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, causing you as little inconvenience as possible. We will endeavour to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and, if necessary, send you a replacement product.

If you experience any problems with your new New Equilibre product or feel that it is faulty, please contact sav@NewEquilibre.com immediately to report them.
