CITY insoles are thinner than COMFORT insoles.
 The structure of these two models is identical, but the materials are different.
 To meet every need in terms of footwear for everyday life, we offer these two models adapted to the two most common types of footwear: casual shoes (richelieus, derbies...) and sportswear shoes (sneakers...).

Your choice between these two models will therefore depend on your type of footwear.
And if you're wearing sportswear shoes, the CONFORT model is even more comfortable, thanks to its ultra-comfortable, shock-absorbing materials.
The CITY model is less cushioning, but still provides comfort thanks to its shape, similar to the COMFORT model, which supports your foot by distributing loads over a larger surface area. It also features heel cushioning.

These two ranges of insoles are designed for sporting activities. However, each corresponds to a specific category of sportsperson. SPORT insoles are designed for "amateur sportsmen", practising a more or less regular or even occasional sporting activity. ELITE PRO insoles are designed for "confirmed sportsmen and women", practising a very regular and competitive sporting activity.

This difference can be explained by the materials used, which are more resistant on the ELITE PRO insoles, making them suitable for very intensive use.

It is advisable to renew your insoles every year, even if the materials appear to be in good condition, as the structure of the insoles can sag over time and become less effective.

Yes. The structure of New Equilibre insoles supports the inner and outer plantar arches, as well as the forefoot with its retro-capital support at the level of the metatarsal heads.

New Equilibre insoles are universal. Their thermoformed, molded shape stabilizes your foot by supporting the arches of your feet (medial, lateral and anterior). Whether you're a pronator or a supinator, they will improve your stance by increasing the weight-bearing surface of your foot and distributing loads over a wider area, thus optimizing your stride. Le modèle VILLE sera moins amortissants, mais vous apportera tout de même un confort optimal de par sa forme similaire au modèle CONFORT, qui va soutenir votre pied en répartissant les charges sur une plus grande surface. Il dispose également d’un amorti au niveau talon.

        Place the end of the ribbon next to the collar at the top of the product (highest point of the shoulder). Pull the measuring tape down to the bottom of the product.

        New Equilibre insoles are designed to actively support your arches. During the first few days of use, it is therefore common to feel:
        • A feeling of a “lump” under the foot
        • unusual pressure in the arch of the foot
        • a different feeling from your old insoles or shoes

        In the vast majority of cases, it's simply the foot adjusting to the rebalancing of the support. This sensation gradually disappears after a few hours or days of wear. We therefore recommend a trial period of a few days before any return request.

        You get a 14-day trial to test your insoles under real-use conditions.
        However, if you experience significant and persistent pain, you should not force yourself to wear the insoles. In rare cases, this could be due to an incorrect shoe size or a morphological adaptation issue. Our team remains available to assist you if needed.

        New Equilibre's orthopedic insoles are a subsidiary of Forlini Orthopédie. They adapt to all morphologies, flat or hollow feet, valgus or varus feet, and to all types of footwear, for the city, for work and for sport.

        Musculoskeletal system relieved

        The concept is based on thermoformed insoles molded onto perfectly balanced, physiological foot modules. So when your feet rest on New Equilibre orthopedic insoles, your whole posture is stabilized.

        The molded shape of New Equilibre insoles increases the supporting areas of your feet on the ground and redistributes your body's weight over a larger surface. All areas of your foot are thus supported by the insole, and it is this maximum support that relieves all your plantar pain and that of your entire spine.

        Stability gain

        New Equilibre orthopedic insoles stabilize your heel with their integrated heel cups at the back of the insole.
