Shipping charges apply depending on the type of delivery selected:
Delivery in 72H - FREE
48H delivery - COLISSIMO (letterbox delivery) - 8,00 €
24H delivery - CHRONOPOST - (Personal delivery against signature) - 21,00 €
 
OUTSIDE METROPOLITAN FRANCE :

To OVERSEAS (COLISSIMO - Letterbox drop-off) 9,50 € à 12,50 €
To INTERNATIONAL (COLISSIMO - Letterbox drop-off) - 25,00 €

For orders over €100.00, a signature may be required on delivery.

  • Orders placed before 11:30 a.m., Monday to Friday
    Same-day shipment (subject to stock availability). Delivery in 24H / 48H / 72H depending on the delivery type selected (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

  • Orders placed after 11:30 a.m., Monday to Friday
    Shipped next day (subject to stock availability). Delivery in 24H / 48H / 72H depending on the delivery type selected (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

Delivery problems

Missed deliveries

In letterboxes : If you are not in time for a postal delivery, or if your order cannot be delivered, we will leave a note with pick-up details. In most cases, you can collect your order from the nearest post office, or arrange a new delivery.

Personal delivery : If you are not on site when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, they will leave you a delivery notice. You can then contact them directly to arrange a new delivery date during normal office hours, or to suggest an alternative delivery address.

Check the tracking number you received by e-mail to check the status of your delivery. If you still have not received your order after seven days, please contact New Equilibre customer service.

If the delivery tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered by La Poste (COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST), we cannot be held responsible for any loss of the parcel.
In this case, please contact your local La Poste sorting office directly.

Exchanges, returns and refunds

Returns are subject to New Equilibre's General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product. This is in addition to your rights as a consumer to return defective products.
