Design of New Equilibre insoles :
The foot is made up of three arches: the medial arch, the lateral arch and the anterior arch. The flat foot is the result of the collapse, often linked, of these three arches,
causing muscular tension in all the fasciae (muscles and tendons) of the sole of the foot. Flatfoot is often associated with valgus foot (internal rotation of the foot in relation to the ankle), resulting, for example, in tendonitis of the posterior tibial or posterior hamstring, terminating on the scaphoid or navicular bone.
New Equilibre insoles rebalance the foot's axis and provide support for all the foot's plantar arches, thus relieving tension caused by the collapse of the foot's plantar arches, or preventing the onset of tendonitis linked to flatfoot and valgus flatfoot.

Good support and comfortable.
Good quality and comfortable for my feet. My feet are less tired and no longer hurt, even after standing for 10 hours at work. I recommend these insoles to anyone who is on their feet all the time and has flat feet like me.
I took the thick 6mm version for my safety shoes. I can also put them in my everyday shoes (stan smith and adidas). They're a bit too thick for office shoes, though, so I think you'd need the 3mm version for that. In any case, I'm very happy with them. The soles are of very good quality and very comfortable. I'd recommend them.
