From father to son.
New Equilibre is above all a family adventure driven by a passion for well-being and health. It all began with Gérard Forlini, podiatrist and orthopedist for over 35 years, recognized as one of the leading specialists in orthopedics. An expert in the manufacture of made-to-measure orthopedic insoles, he has devoted his career to improving his patients' quality of life.
Drawing on his extensive experience, Gérard had a visionary idea: to create a brand of orthopedic insoles accessible to everyone in just a few clicks via the Internet, without having to visit an orthopedic practice. He wanted to offer everyone the chance to enjoy optimum comfort and prevent pain, thanks to high-tech, professional-quality thermoformed insoles.
To bring this ambitious project to life, Gérard teamed up with his son Maxime, and together they co-founded New Equilibre. Maxime, passionate and determined, took charge of developing the brand and creating the website, which today is the showcase and driving force behind their business. High-tech insoles sold exclusively through the official online boutique. Their collaboration has combined Gérard's podiatric expertise with Maxime's modern, technological vision to design a range of innovative orthopedic insoles, accessible in just a few clicks, anywhere in the world.

Thanks to our expertise in orthopedics, we've identified the ideal heights of the inner, outer and anterior arches of the perfect foot. However, nobody's foot exactly matches these criteria.
