In letterboxes : If you are not in time for a postal delivery, or if your order cannot be delivered, we will leave a delivery notice with pick-up details. In most cases, you can collect your order from the nearest post office, or arrange a new delivery.
Personal delivery : If you are not on site when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, they will leave you a delivery notice. You can then contact them directly to arrange a new delivery date during normal office hours, or to suggest an alternative delivery address.
Check the tracking number you received by e-mail to check the status of your delivery. If you still have not received your order after seven days, please contact New Equilibre customer service.
If the delivery tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered by La Poste (COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST), we cannot be held responsible for any loss of the parcel.
In this case, please contact your local La Poste sorting office directly.
